Power Grab is a free tool for women navigating wealth, values and purpose.
Women are navigating wealth in ways that previous generations never had to imagine — balancing responsibility, identity, family expectations, and the quiet pressure to “get it right”. In my work across values, systems design and inclusion, one theme keeps returning: women want their giving to feel intentional, aligned, and grounded in what they truly value.
Power Grab is a free, standalone reflective booklet designed to help women pause, take stock, and reconnect with the values that sit underneath their decisions about giving, influence and legacy. It works beautifully on its own — and even more powerfully when paired with the free InQ online quiz, which helps you understand the values domain you naturally operate from.
This resource sits alongside my book, Give Like You Value It: A Reflective Guide for Women Navigating Wealth, Values and Purpose, but it is not an extract or a summary. It is its own tool — a quiet, thoughtful space to explore the difference between what you’ve inherited, what you’ve absorbed, and what you genuinely stand for.
Why I Created Power Grab
Too often, women inherit wealth, responsibility or influence without a corresponding space to explore what they actually value. Many feel the pressure to give “correctly” — to be strategic, generous, efficient, or visible — without ever being asked what feels true to them.
Power Grab helps shift the centre of gravity back to the individual.
It’s about clarity, steadiness and agency.
The booklet invites you to look at your existing patterns of giving and influence with honesty and care — not to discard them, but to understand them. It helps you see where your legacy is already forming, and where you may want to reshape it.
How to Use This Resource
