At Apprise Solutions, every project is a living example of our core approach: strategy, systems, intelligence. We work with purpose-led organisations to design smart strategies that open new pathways, craft compelling narratives that connect people and ideas, and deliver growth that is sustainable and measurable. Whether it’s building international education pipelines, securing transformative funding, or designing inclusive training programs, our projects reflect a deep commitment to amplifying impact across Australia, the Pacific, and beyond. Each one is a collaboration rooted in insight, creativity, and results.
CSNU Disability Inclusion Training – Papua New Guinea (Impact Zebra Partnership)
In partnership with Impact Zebra, Apprise Solutions co-designed and delivered a tailored Disability Inclusion Training Program for the Callan Services Network of Utilities (CSNU) in Papua New Guinea. The program aimed to increase understanding and adoption of inclusive practices in service delivery and workplace culture across CSNU’s member organisations.
Drawing on local context and cultural considerations, we blended human-centred training design with measurable learning outcomes. The training addressed practical adjustments, community engagement strategies, and leadership approaches to embed inclusion as a core value rather than a compliance requirement.
To ensure lasting impact, we developed resource packs, follow-up mentoring support, and monitoring tools that allowed CSNU to track shifts in participant knowledge and confidence.
Outcome: CSNU increased capability and motivation to implement a revenue stream in inclusive practices. This project demonstrates our ability to combine sector expertise, localisation, and innovative delivery methods to create real-world change in challenging operational environments.

Pacific Grow
Apprise Solutions worked alongside Pacific Grow to submit for funding through the Kiwa Initiative, a regional program supporting climate resilience and biodiversity across the Pacific. Our role was to design and deliver a compelling, data-driven grant submission that positioned Pacific Grow’s innovative agricultural programs as both environmentally sustainable and socially transformative.
The submission required alignment with Kiwa’s multi-country funding priorities, integration of climate adaptation strategies, and presentation of Pacific Grow’s proven capacity to manage large-scale donor funds. We supported the client with:
- Funding strategy mapping to align project goals with donor priorities
- Impact narrative development incorporating climate science and community case studies
- A strong budget and governance framework to inspire funder confidence
Outcome: Unsuccessful in Round 1, Pacific Grow now has a well-defined partnership that includes Kyeema Foundation (Australia) and CSNU Papua New Guinea in preparation for future rounds or other opportunities.

Camp Taveuni & The Island Classroom – Student Immersion Pipeline Development
Apprise Solutions has partnered with Camp Taveuni and The Island Classroom to design and implement a sustainable, year-round pipeline of student immersion programs for Taveuni, Fiji. These programs offer Australian and US students a chance to engage in hands-on, place-based learning that blends cultural exchange, environmental stewardship, and community collaboration.
Our role began with process design – mapping every stage of the immersion journey from initial enquiry to post-visit impact reporting. This included:
- Curriculum integration for Australian and US education frameworks
- A scalable school outreach strategy targeting secondary and tertiary institutions
- Development of marketing collateral and digital assets tailored for teachers, parents, and students
We also implemented a sales and marketing arm for the program, enabling The Island Classroom to connect with key decision-makers in schools, universities, and educational travel agencies. The strategy emphasised building long-term institutional partnerships rather than one-off trips, creating predictable annual revenue.
Outcome: The pipeline now supports multi-year agreements with schools in Australia and is expanding into the US market.
This project highlights Apprise Solutions’ ability to combine international business development, education sector engagement, and cross-cultural program design to create scalable, impact-driven tourism and learning experiences.
